National Enrollment Specialist Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Educate members of our partner associations on our payment processing services including credit card processing, gift and loyalty cards, check guarantee and conversion, and internet payment gateway solutions
• Present each customer with the appropriate payment options for his or her business
• Enroll customers in our payment processing programs utilizing inbound and outbound calls, faxes and e-mails
• Cultivate relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service
• Professionally represent Electronic Data Payment Systems and our partner associations to all customers

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Maintain customer files
• Attend training sessions
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

• One year of telesales or telemarketing experience
• Previous customer service experience
