National Enrollment Specialist Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Educate members of our partner associations on our payment processing services including credit card processing, gift and loyalty cards, check guarantee and conversion, and internet payment gateway solutions
- Present each customer with the appropriate payment options for his or her business
- Enroll customers in our payment processing programs utilizing inbound and outbound calls, faxes and e-mails
- Cultivate relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service
- Professionally represent Electronic Data Payment Systems and our partner associations to all customers
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer files
- Attend training sessions
- Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:
- One year of telesales or telemarketing experience
- Previous customer service experience
