Planning
EDPS creates a detailed program implementation plan for both existing and new members. The implementation
plan's primary objective is to utilize communication vehicles that best fit your organizations structure
and ensure the highest probability of success.
Launch
The implementation plan is executed. Communications are sent and the process of enrolling existing and new
members actually begins.
