Management Phase

During the Management phase of EDPS's "Program Development Process," EDPS works closely with you to provide
the following program-enhancing services:

Program Performance Analysis:
On a quarterly basis, we review your program to measure it's performance against the goals and objectives
established in the Assessment phase. To accomplish this, our METS system generates program performance
reports that are reviewed by our Client Services team and submitted to you for review and discussion.
Should there be any significant difference between the expected and actual program performance, our Client
Services team performs the appropriate analysis of your program's underlying data to determine the cause
of the discrepancy and recommend an appropriate course of action.

Merchant Performance Analysis:
On a quarterly basis, we review each merchant's individual performance against the goals and objectives
established at the time the merchant enrolled in the program. Using information obtained from our exclusive
METS system, we are able to generate merchant performance reports and submit the results (via e-mail, mail
or the Internet) to the merchant for their review. Prior to sending a merchant's performance report, our
Client Services team will review their performance and directly contact any merchant with a significant
difference between expected and actual performance.
EDPS's Program and Merchant Performance Analysis is unique to the financial services industry and provides you
and your merchants with accurate and meaningful data by which to make important business decisions. In addition
to our standard reporting and performance analysis services, EDPS has the in-house technical expertise to quickly
and inexpensively develop reports and/or data-feeds that you might require to facilitate easier internal reporting
(i.e., chain or regional roll-ups, annual comparisons, etc.). Our Technical Services team will work closely with
you to determine your specific requirements and deliver the appropriate solutions to meet those requirements at a
fair and reasonable price.
